Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CVPass website and services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CVPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.
Intellectual Property Rights
CVPass and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CVPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
While you retain all rights to the content you create using our service (such as your CV), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CVPass for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to:
- Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to minors
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interference with or disruption of the service
- Automated or bulk access to the service
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CVPass, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- Any content obtained from the service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
